Not long to wait now until the much-anticipated Christmas lights switch on in The Ashley Centre! Saturday 23 November is the date for a host of festive entertainment, music activities and of course the annual Christmas lights switch on extravaganza.
Free entertainment for everyone starts at 12noon with lots of excitement and fun to start the celebrations and get the party going ready for the big switch on at 5pm.
Centre Manager David Beddows said: “This year there will be stilt walkers, comedy, face painters, balloon modellers, roaming entertainers and more. The lights switch on show will start at 5pm by Café Moka and H&M with stars from the Epsom Playhouse pantomime Peter Pan, Ashley Bear and Father Christmas all making an appearance. After the show visitors can meet the cast and Father Christmas who will be greeting everyone outside House of Fraser, New Look and The Works. We are very excited to be unveiling our brand new decorations this year which are sure to delight visitors of all ages!”
