A fantastic opportunity for all budding archaeologists to unlock the mysteries of the past. Find out how objects are used to date sites and how documentary and other evidence help us paint a picture of the past. Learn about environmental archaeology and what you can tell from bones, pollen, and even snails. Handle objects from the deep time of prehistory through medieval times and even up to WW2, and try sand tray archaeology.
